Our cats are naturally most playful and curious in the mornings and again in the early evenings—typically from opening until around 2 PM, and from 5 PM onward. If you’re hoping to catch them in their most energetic, social moods, these windows are ideal.

If you’re looking for a calm, quiet experience with little to no crowd, we recommend coming on weekdays (excluding public holidays) for a more intimate atmosphere, perfect for slow afternoons, working remotely, or simply enjoying some serene time with our lounging feline companions.

To ensure the best experience for all our guests and maintain a comfortable environment for our cats, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. While walk-ins are welcome, entry depends on availability and may be limited, as we cap the number of guests per session to maintain a comfortable environment. To avoid any disappointment, we suggest booking online or giving us a quick call before your visit.

Yes, children are welcome at our café. We kindly ask that parents or guardians ensure their little ones follow our house rules and engage gently with our resident cats, as our space is designed to remain calm and enjoyable for all.

Please kindly take note that children are chargeable at the same rate. To protect the well-being of our cats and guests, we reserve the right to conclude a session early if necessary.

At Catmosphere, we take pride in offering a wide variety of freshly brewed specialty coffee, carefully curated soft drinks, and a selection of premium teas. Depending on your chosen package, you may enjoy complimentary beverages including free-flow drinks on select packages. Simply redeem your beverages at the counter during your visit. Cat treats are available at $5 per serving — the perfect way to summon a whole crowd of curious kitties right to your side!

If you’re running late, please give us a quick call or WhatsApp to inform us. Your session will start from the time you arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on the remaining time and availability of the next booking slot.

We accept payment via cash and all major credit cards to ensure a smooth and convenient transaction for our guests.

Our resident cats are cherished members of Catmosphere and are not available for sale. However, when they retire, some may be rehomed to loving families. If you’re interested in adopting a kitten, please visit our cattery

For the health and safety of our cats, we kindly ask that no outside food or treats be brought into the café. However, you’re welcome to bring clean, safe toys—just let our staff have a quick look to ensure they’re suitable for play.

We are home to 15 resident pedigree cats at Catmosphere Cat Cafe. Our guests can meet and interact with a diverse mix of breeds including Ragdolls, Siberians, Maine Coons, British Shorthairs, and British Longhairs, each with their own distinct personality, charm, and quirks that make every visit a unique experience.
